SHIPPING AND PAYMENT POLICY

DOMESTIC SHIPPING


  • Our standard delivery time is usually within 4-6 working days from order confirmation. (This might vary based on our shipping partner’s availability and/ or any other limitations or external factors)

  • Your order may be split based on product availability and to reduce shipping time.

  • We offer free domestic shipping for all orders above INR 3999.

  • For orders below INR 3999, we charge standard shipping fees of INR 150.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING


  • Our standard delivery time is usually within 15-20 working days from order confirmation. (This might vary based on our shipping partner’s availability and/ or any other limitations or external factors)

  • We offer standard shipping flat rates of INR 2500 for all our international orders.

  • Duties and taxes are not included in your order and might be payable to the shipping agency which will be over and above the MRP of the product and shipping charged. (These charges vary based on the destination country and products ordered.)

  • You'll receive an invoice from the shipping agency and you may have to pay the applicable duties and taxes upon delivery to the shipping agency directly.


SHIPPING OF PRODUCTS


  • All orders are processed from our own warehouse in Delhi.

  • Orders will be delivered to the shipping address mentioned at checkout. Please note, delivery address cannot be altered after order confirmation.


TRACK YOUR ORDER


  • You will receive a confirmation email and/or WhatsApp message upon placing your order.

  • Tracking details will be shared once your order is shipped out for delivery.

  • Check your order status under "My Account" or using the link shared after order confirmation.

  • You can also track your order status on our website under "Track Your Order”.

DELIVERY ATTEMPTS AND NON-AVAILABILITY ON DELIVERY


  • Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your package 3 times before returning it to us.

  • Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including zip code and mobile number, to facilitate timely delivery.


MODES OF PAYMENT


  • For shipping to India, we accept all major Debit & Credit cards, UPI payments, and also provide Net Banking options across major banks.

  • For all international transactions, we accept major Credit Cards.

  • Currently, we are not accepting Cash On Delivery (COD).

  • The courier partner cannot process exchanges or returns.

  • All returns and exchanges must be initiated through our Customer Care team. Refer our Exchange and Return Policy section for the same.
